Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training designed to get your heart rate up in that very hard anaerobic zone for short periods of time with 20 seconds of a very high intensity exercise and 10 seconds of rest.
Program that blends cardio hooping and strength training with high intensity interval training based on elements of pilates, yoga, and ballet barre. All fitness levels welcome and no hula hoop experience required!
